This came out thicker and dryer than the last order and I'm not sure if that makes it more potent or just older supply.
I've been taking Shilajit for over 2 years now and I am nothing more than impressed. I feel I can think more clearly and I am able to rationalize difficult situation in a more mature manner. Shilajit does not turn you, "super human" like some people I've heard say, but it most certainly helps with brain fog.
