Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 60 days of your purchase date.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original packaging. Opened or used items may still be eligible, but we review these on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we’ll ship your replacement product free of charge after receiving your original item.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item received).
